Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT-7 will begin processing the next business day. Once shipped, the estimated transit time is 5–8 business days. This means the total delivery time is approximately 7–11 business days from the moment you place your order.
Yes. Live Delight offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no additional shipping, handling, or packaging charges. For full details, please visit our Shipping Policy.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to become active.
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@livedelight.com. After this window, or if the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you can return the item once received following our Return Policy.
In most cases, delivery is on time. If your order has not arrived within 3 business days after the estimated total delivery time (i.e., after 14 business days from the order date), please contact us at info@livedelight.com. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, offer a full refund or reshipment at no cost to you.
For larger orders, items may be shipped in multiple packages. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for the remaining packages to arrive. If the missing items still haven't arrived after this period, please contact our customer support team and we'll resolve it for you.
Currently, Live Delight ships exclusively within the United States of America. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Since all orders are shipped domestically, there are no customs duties, import taxes, or cross-border fees.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Live Delight is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (credit and debit cards), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. We do not accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, checks, money orders, or cryptocurrency. For full details, see our Payment Policy.
No. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and there are no additional transaction fees, service charges, processing fees, or surcharges — regardless of which payment method you choose. Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated based on your shipping destination and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Absolutely. Our website is secured with SSL encryption and our payment processing is fully PCI DSS compliant. We do not store or have direct access to your full credit card numbers — all transactions are handled by trusted processors including Shopify Payments and PayPal. We will never ask for your credit card number, CVV code, or payment credentials via email, phone, or chat.
When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the total amount and a temporary hold may appear on your account. The actual charge is finalized once your order is confirmed and processed. For PayPal and digital wallet payments, the charge occurs immediately upon order confirmation.
Please contact us at info@livedelight.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all billing inquiries within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required. There is no restocking fee. For complete details, please review our Return Policy.
Email us at info@livedelight.com or call +1 (253) 354-8074 with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos if the item is defective or damaged. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Please do not return any items without first receiving an RMA number.
For standard returns (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. However, if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Live Delight will cover all return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you haven't received it after this period, check with your bank first, then contact us at info@livedelight.com.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item through our website.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@livedelight.com. Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the product and its packaging. Without photo evidence, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund. If confirmed, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.
If you received an item that is different from what you ordered (e.g., incorrect size, color, or product), please contact us immediately at info@livedelight.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and cover all associated return shipping costs for the incorrect item.

Live Delight offers a curated selection of products designed to make everyday living easier. Our collection includes home accessories, bathroom accessories, cleaning supplies, kitchen and cooking products, lighting and lamps, garden decor and tools, outdoor grilling and dining, travel gadgets and bags, baby and child products, car accessories, DIY tools, and everyday gadgets.
Warranty terms may vary depending on the product and manufacturer. If you experience any issues, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will work with you to find a resolution.
We regularly restock popular items. If a product is currently out of stock, contact us at info@livedelight.com and we'll let you know if and when it becomes available again.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track orders, view order history, and speed up future checkouts.
