Pricing & Transparency

At Live Delight, the price you see is the price you pay. We believe in full pricing transparency:

No hidden fees. All product prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include any applicable merchant fees. There are no additional transaction fees, service charges, processing fees, or surcharges added at checkout regardless of which payment method you choose.

Sales tax. Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, in accordance with U.S. tax regulations. Sales tax is determined based on the shipping destination of your order.

No additional duties or import fees. Since all orders are shipped within the United States, there are no customs duties, import taxes, or cross-border fees applied to your order.

The total amount charged to your payment method will include the product price(s) plus any applicable sales tax, and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order.

Payment Security

Your financial safety is our top priority. We take the following measures to ensure your payment information is protected:

SSL Encryption. Our entire website is secured with industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Fraud Prevention. All transactions are subject to fraud screening. In rare cases, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing an order. This is done solely to protect you from unauthorized use of your payment method.

We will never ask you for your full credit card number, CVV code, or payment credentials via email, phone, or chat. If you receive such a request claiming to be from Live Delight, please do not respond and contact us immediately.

When Your Payment Is Processed

Authorization. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the total order amount. This means a temporary hold may be placed on your account, but the charge is not finalized until your order is confirmed and prepared for shipment.

Charge timing. Your payment method is charged at the time your order is confirmed and processed. For credit and debit cards, the authorized amount is captured at this point. For PayPal and digital wallet payments, the charge occurs immediately upon order confirmation.

Failed payments. If your payment cannot be processed (for example, due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or a declined transaction), your order will not be placed. You will be notified at checkout and can try again with the same or a different payment method.

Currency

All prices on livedelight.com are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are using a payment method linked to a non-USD account, your bank or payment provider may apply their own currency conversion rates and fees. Live Delight has no control over these third-party conversion charges. Please contact your bank or payment provider for more information about potential foreign exchange fees.

Refunds & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Return Policy. Key points regarding payment refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider. Typically, refunds are processed within 5 business days after the return has been received and approved.

If you paid with a credit or debit card, please allow an additional 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you paid with PayPal, refunds are returned to your PayPal account.

Original shipping costs (if any were applied) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Payment Methods We Do Not Accept

To maintain security and simplify our operations, the following payment methods are currently not accepted: cash on delivery (COD), bank transfers or wire transfers, checks or money orders, cryptocurrency, and gift cards from third-party providers (non-Shopify).

Order Confirmation

After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation includes your unique order number, a summary of the items purchased, the total amount charged (including any applicable taxes), the estimated delivery timeline, and a link to track your order.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, contact our customer support team.

Billing Issues & Disputes

If you notice an incorrect charge on your account or have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.

When reaching out about a billing concern, please have the following information ready: your order number, the email address used at checkout, a description of the billing issue, and a screenshot of the charge (if available).

We aim to resolve all billing inquiries within 24 hours.
