Live Delight currently ships exclusively within the United States of America.
2. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders placed within the United States. There are no additional shipping charges for any products purchased from our store.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT-7 will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Shipping Time (Transit Time)
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days (Monday through Friday). Please note that these are estimated transit times and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Total Delivery Time
The total estimated time for your order to arrive, from the moment of purchase to final delivery, is 7 to 11 business days (Monday through Friday). This includes both order processing and shipping transit times.
6. Order Tracking
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track the status of your order by visiting our dedicated Track Your Order page and entering your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
We take utmost care in packaging your items to prevent damage during transit. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipment, please adhere to the following procedures:
•Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact our customer service team at info@livedelight.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the product and its packaging. Without photographic evidence, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund. Our team will assess the damage and provide instructions for a resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
•Lost Packages: While most deliveries are on time, if your order has not arrived within 3 business days after the estimated total delivery time (i.e., after 14 business days from the order date), please contact our customer service team at info@livedelight.com. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or reshipment at no additional cost to you.
•Missing Items in Multi-Package Orders: For larger orders, items may be shipped in multiple packages for logistical reasons. If part of your order is missing, please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for the remaining packages to arrive. If they do not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Live Delight is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
